Photo Review of Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water Vitamin C

I always preferred Garniers Micellar Water but this is a significant improvement. I find that my skin is brighter while still being just as effective in removing my makeup. I personally enjoyed it however it does struggle removing my mascara but I am not that fussed by it.
