I like these Vegan Brioche Burgers for their soft, fluffy texture and delicious taste. I Was excited to find these. They are soft, but I found them to be a bit dry though, and they are not that sturdy - they kept falling apart. I am going to try toasting them next time to see if that helps, as I imagine they would toast well. Tasted exactly like brioche! I would definitely buy it again!!
