they updated the packaging. it used to be difficult to defrost so I had to defrost the whole pack at once, but they put a plastic paper to spectate each soy chip.

Outstanding tofu skin, aka soy chip. Great for noodle, hot pot and spicy food. It's even better if you have it in a spicy hot pot! 10/10. It's best to separate them first before storing it in the freezer, because them are going to stick together and very different to separate afterwards.
