this is the worst part of a beef is pretty much shoulder blade very chewy. it's hard to cook. you have to slow cook it for a long time for hours for it to become soft and tender. cannot use it for a quick cooking in air fryer or barbecue or steak. and it's getting more and more expensive

This roast is great for a traditional Sunday roast. It's a great price and once you've put it in the oven, it's kind of just, set n forget. Super simple.
