Tried the Kirkland Signature German Style Pork Knuckles with Sauerkraut and it was honestly pretty hearty. The pork gets super tender once heated properly and the sauerkraut adds a nice tangy balance. Bit fatty in some parts but that’s kinda expected with pork knuckle. Feels like proper comfort food, especially on a cold night.

pork knuckle was well cooked and crackled. sourkrout is not everyone's cup of tea perhaps a mash base would be more appealing to all. greasy meat.
