We love eating croissants for our breakfast and lunch or savoury snack for afternoon tea even without any fillings or toppings. Croissants are buttery and flaky, thus it has rich in saturated fats which are bad for inflammation and cholesterol . So we need to eat this product in moderation to prevent the risk of serious heart problems .
