Extremely fresh with no fillers. Cooks well with no excess liquid/water released. Need to use up on the day or freeze. Great for all your mince needs

Love a good beef mince and this one is great without exception. Its got a nice bit of fat to it so it doesn't stick to the pan when you fry it and it tastes delicious. 5 out of 5 stars for this one.

Great value from Tasman Meats, I love their mince even though it can be a bit fatty, it cooks up very nicely
