Since I’ve been using this oil spray I’ve really noticed how much less oil I’ve been using and it makes me feel so much better. This oil has a mild flavour and is well priced. I love this olive oil spray. It is so easy to use and means that I use a lot less than I would if pouring oil from the bottle. It is super quick to spray baking trays and savoury muffin pans
