Review of LG Hing Powder(Asafoetida) 100g

Strong and authentic hing powder with a very potent aroma, so a little goes a long way. I used it in dals, curries and tadka, and it added a really nice depth of flavour without needing much quantity. The packaging is compact and easy to store, and the powder stays fresh when sealed properly. Pros: * Strong flavour and aroma * Good value since only a small amount is needed * Blends well into Indian cooking Cons: * Smell can be quite intense if you’re not used to hing * Need to store tightly closed to keep it fresh
