Review of LG Hing Powder(Asafoetida) 100g

A strong and authentic hing powder with a pungent aroma that adds real depth to curries and dals. A little goes a long way, so the jar lasts for ages. It can be quite overpowering if too much is used, but when balanced properly it brings a lovely savoury flavour.
