Great for soups, risottos, sauces, and boosting flavour without overpowering your dish 👩‍🍳👌 Pros: Has a nice savoury flavour that boosts soups, stews, sauces, and casseroles 👍 Lower in salt than regular stock powders — good if you’re watching sodium intake 💛 Dissolves easily in hot water or during cooking 🔄 Works well as a base for gravies or veggie dishes 🌿 Cons: Still has a bit of saltiness — not completely salt-free ⚠️ Some find the flavour not as rich as full-salt stock powders 🤷‍♀️ Not ideal if you want a really intense stock taste right away
