Review of BURT'S BEES ULTRA CONDITIONING LIP BALM 4.25G

The balm itself is excellent and really helped soothe and hydrate my lips during the winter weather. The formula works well and feels nourishing. However, the packaging is incredibly frustrating to use. The cap is hard to open, and once the balm is twisted up, it doesn’t retract properly, so I have to push it back down manually. Because of that, I can’t rate it higher than 2/5. The product is good, but the packaging seriously lets it down. I’ll probably give it one more chance, but if the same issue happens again, I won’t repurchase.
