this is so easy to have in the fridge instead of having to crush garlic. I like that there are still some larger pieces in it and it’s not so crushed as other ones are.

This jar of garlic has excellent bitey flavour, is easy to store in the fridge, and last a long time. It is both Australian owned and Ausralian made so I can trust in it's quality. As it is already minced for you, it saves time in the kitchen and makes cooking easier. It can be added directly to a variety of seafood, meat, and vegetarian dishes. It is gluten free, not too vinegary, and has very few ingredients as it's mostly just garlic in the jar. A high quality product that makes cooking easier and more efficient. 5 stars!

I really like using this garlic in my cooking. It is a lot finer than other jobs of garlic, but not too fine. It has a nice flavor.

a staple in or fridge in this case l purchased 2 jars to keep 1 in the cupboard.We use it when ever we want that garlic flavour a heaped teaspoon is often enough but add more if required keeps for ages in the fridge

this chopped garlic is the only garlic I can find on the market that is 100% Australian owned and made. All the other products on the market that i could find are coming from Asia. I love buying Australian made and owned and this garlic is top notch
