i Often make asian food at home, and chopping or dicing garlic takes ages, especially if i need it refined. not to mention the smell on the knife and fingers. with the chopped garlic, quick spoon in the pan and am ready to move on to the next stwp and they are quite cheap too. last me so long the fridge as well
