I use a pump each on my arm and the tip is to use the lid to rub it in so none of the gel gets on your hands . It seems to be helping with peri menopause symptoms

Started using the Estrogel Pump 80g recently and the pump packaging makes it really easy to measure properly without mess. Gel absorbs fairly quickly and doesn’t leave my skin super sticky which surprised me. Took a little while to notice changes, but overall it’s been simple to fit into the daily routine.
