The first time I tried Kecap manis– I hated it. Now... I will have no other dipping sauce with my spring rolls so I encourage you to persevere past the strange first taste. This brand is perfectly fine but the lid does become awfully hard to snap open as the product sticks it down or if you dont have long/strong fingernails.

LOVE this! It’s thick, sweet and full of flavour. I love it over dumplings or mixed into fried rice. it’s not salty like most soy sauce and I love how thick it is.
