So far, it has been good in reducing itchiness. i have really bad eczema on my back an it’s extremely rough, thick skin, so i fee a few times or continuous use might be good, it is a bit hard to spray on my self on my back though. i used it on my arms as well which has kind of roughness too and has been good so far after first use.
