Honestly, they’re one of those “always good to have in the freezer” foods. Super easy when the kids have friends over or you need a quick snack before sport. You just throw them in the oven and suddenly everyone appears in the kitchen asking if they’re ready yet 😂 The beef party pies are the best part in my opinion — flaky pastry on the outside with that classic rich Aussie meat pie filling inside. Nothing fancy, just proper nostalgic tuckshop vibes. They taste even better with tomato sauce obviously.
