Boost Mango Magic yoghurt 150g was actually pretty good, especially for people who enjoy mango flavour. It has 6.9g of protein, is high in calcium and vitamin B12, low fat, and contains around 4.5 billion probiotics, so it feels like a nice balance between tasty and nutritious. I ate it before my workout today and it was really light and easy to finish without feeling too heavy. I can definitely recommend it if you like fruity yoghurts and tropical mango flavours.
