I grabbed a pack of cookies and cream ice cream sandwiches on a whim, and wow—instant favorite. The chocolate cookie layers are soft but hold their shape, and the ice cream in the middle is yum! I love that they’re individually wrapped! . Definitely keeping these stocked in my freezer, my kids love them
