my hubby uses and found it gives him full sweat protection and lasts all day even on hotter days it helps and has no white marks and gel works better than others

Not sure about 48 hour protection but for $5 figured it was worth a try. Does last all day providing you put it on straight after a morning shower but for me, I have to shower again and re-apply at night. The scent is different and nice.
