it’s made with light rye flour, great option for the carbs, more protein and nutrients then the white bread rolls. and the texture is chewable and crunchy after bake.

These are delicious rolls, they are light rye ciabatta roll with 4 rolls in the packet, very fresh and just the right amount of light rye, not hard to bite, perfect fresh or can be toasted, very soft inside but with a crunchy crust outside, must healthier than normal bread and I don’t have any nasty side effects that I get from normal bread
