The pane di casa is such a great bread. lovely crust on the outside and nice, soft, thick white bread on the inside. Lasts well even after opening, you can get a good 4-5 days out of it. The mini loaf allows me to get a couple of varieties if they’re in stock, like the olive version. Highly recommended.
