Not recommended this green king prawns from Woolies. I would say it is not fresh and the texture of prawns are mostly not firm (heads are loosen too). I would rather buy the cooked one instead, they are much fresher and never had any issues.

these were lovely and succulent when we baked them in the oven. the taste was bursting through every bite and had had a lovely aroma of the sea. the only problem they were very difficult to peel. I’m not sure if this was due to the freezing of the prawns but was super disappointing.

these prawns are the best green prawns that you can buy on the market at Woolworths. If you want to have that great corn flavour that feel easily there be good.

The size is one of the biggest positives. Large king prawns feel substantial and look impressive in dishes like pasta, stir-fries, or on the BBQ. When cooked properly, the meat becomes firm, juicy and slightly sweet, with that classic ocean flavour you expect from good-quality prawns.
