Great vegetable to have in your fridge all the time. We add it to soups or stir-frys. If you never get around to using it before it starts to get soft, it's great to use in a zucchini slice or cook it up inside a fritter. Just is a really good source of vitamins that are healthy for you. I do find they are a bit overpriced at times though.

All zucchini I are of even size. They are fresh and firm. I used them in stirfrys or chop up and put into a fritata.
