They are on the smaller side so had to buy a couple instead of the 1 I had planned. The taste is fine enough, and they’re great roasted or grilled

Zucchini is one of the most versatile vegetables. Spiralized with a bolognese sauce, grated into vegetable fritters or hidden in a chocolate brownie. It doesn’t overpower other dishes but still has a nice light taste.
