Photo Review of Zucchini Green

Fresh green zucchini worked perfectly in our spinach and ricotta cannelloni. It added a subtle sweetness and extra texture that held up well after baking. Easy to grate or finely chop, and a great way to sneak in extra veg without overpowering the dish. Definitely worth keeping on hand.
