Review of Zucchini Green

Very Healthy item although i am at a loss of what other dishes i can utilise this in. I have made lots of soups and stirfry's with Zucchini however i find this too strong and soft in salads. Not a bog fan of Zucchini but fairly healthy and easy to freeze once diced up
