Review of Zucchini Green

zucchini is so versatile to cook with. I make pasta noodles out of them, lasagna and pasta sauces, quiches, and even mixed in chocolate muffins. they are usually reasonably priced and come on special often at the supermarket. i love how easy they are to cook with and they can keep in the fridge crisper for a good week.
