Review of Zucchini Green

These zucchinis are nice when diced and added to pasta with some carrots and capsicums. You can even oven bake them instead if you prefer roasted zucchini flavour. Or you can roast zucchini, eggplant and tomatoes for a lovely roasted pasta dish.
