our family love green zucchinis, they are delicate in flavour so as not to overpower a dishes taste and beautifully coloured. I like to use them in a zucchini bake, fritters or grated in my spaghetti Bolognese sauce, it's a great way to sneak in some extra veggies that the kids love.
