great taste, used it to make chilli chocolate and it worked very well, wasn't too over powering and mixed it easy

How to Store: Best stored in the refrigerator. Do not fully cover fresh chillies to prevent condensation and encourage long life. Freeze leftover chillies for future use: wash then pat dry with a paper towel or clean cloth then cut off the stems, slice and freeze in a container or freezer bag.
