Yellow Capsicums are vibrant and crisp, offering a naturally sweet and mild flavour. These versatile bell peppers add a splash of colour and a satisfying crunch to many meals, whether enjoyed raw or cooked. They are a popular choice for their fresh taste and adaptable nature in the kitchen. How to Pick: Choose capsicums that are firm to the touch with smooth, glossy skin. Look for a vibrant yellow colour and avoid any with soft spots, wrinkles, or blemishes. Ways to Eat: Enjoy yellow capsicums raw in salads, on platters, or as a crunchy snack with dips. They are also delicious sautéed in stir-fries, roasted alongside other vegetables, or stuffed and baked for a hearty meal. Their sweet flavour pairs well with a variety of cuisines. How to Store: Store yellow capsicums in the crisper drawer of your refrigerator. They will remain fresh for up to one week when stored correctly. Cooking Methods: Bake, barbecue, grill, roast, sauté, stir-fry, steam.

While these were fresh and delicious, the price was outrageous. $8 a kg for capsicums is an exorbitant price to pay. I only bought it because I needed it for a recipe.

These have a really nice flavour, slightly sweet. This was fresh and went really well in a stirfry.

Crisp fresh capsicum, the yellow capsicums add a nice addition to any meal. I made beef fajitas bowls with yellow and red capsicums.

Tasty sweet yellow capsicums. These were sliced thinly and used for tacos. I also just like eating them on their own or with some dip.

Yellow capsicum is crisp, sweet, and juicy with a mild flavour. It’s great eaten raw in salads or lightly cooked, adding bright colour and natural sweetness to meals.
