Coles brand loose brown onions are used for savoury dishes eaten raw , or cooked to make pickles or chutney. Brown onions contain antioxidants and reduce risk of cancer , lowering blood sugar levels and improved bone heath.I like onions boiled ,baked ,grilled ,and roasted. They do contain vitamins,minerals and fibre.
