Very firm and beautiful red capsicum. The best is to fry them with other vegetables, not boil. I like how crunchy they were.

I love red capsicums, and use them in a lot of meals, from stir fries to curries to kebabs, both cooked and raw. They are a sweet and tasty way to get your vitamin C.
