Red Capsicum, i’m always not a big fan of capsicum. i just bought for cook Black Pepper Beef, put capsicum together for a better aroma

Tasty, fresh red capsicum. Delicious raw in salads, or cooked into stir fry. Great way to add some colour to your meal, and contribute to your 5:2. Local SA produce. Much nicer flavour than green capsicum in my view !

I love red capsicums, and use them in a lot of meals, from stir fries to curries to kebabs, both cooked and raw. They are a sweet and tasty way to get your vitamin C.
