I carefully picked my capsicum so it was firm and crunchy. I do recommend picking by feeling the texture as there were some over ripped capsicums in the bunch. they were on the expensive side but I price matched and it was the best I could find. I buy sparingly depending on price.

The red capsicums from Woolworths are extremely fresh. They last well they are very very tasty and I use them as a vegetable or to add them into a casserole.

nice fresh capsicums. they were a little expensive at the moment. they also had green and yellow available. they taste great very sweet and really added to the salad.
