Satisfying snack, portable - peel and eat, easy! Good for Magnesium and potassium. I love having sliced bananas with peanut butter and honey on toast! Use the inside of the peel, rub it on your teeth to whiten your teeth. Con - they can ripen and turn black too quick. If that happens, peel, freeze and make a smoothie.

I bought this banana from Cole’s, Bananas are a source of fiber, potassium, vitamin B6, vitamin C, and various antioxidants and phytonutrient. I normally eat banana during morning tea break , good source of energy , as it has carbs , stopping me having other sweet snacks too much .
