These bananas are one of my favourite quick snacks after training. I usually buy one from Woolworths almost every day because they are affordable and taste great. I prefer them slightly firm rather than too soft, and they go perfectly with my protein shake. A very easy way to add something healthy and enjoyable to your daily routine. Highly recommend.
