Bananas are packed with potassium vitamin B6 and lots of energy. I have always enjoyed it as afternoon snack. these are great for banana smoothies when they turn ripe.

I buy these bananas regularly and they’re usually fresh, sweet, and good quality. They make a great snack and are good value for money. Occasionally some are a little bruised or ripen faster than expected, but overall I’m happy with them and would buy them again.
