really good quality bananas from Coles or Woolies. sweet as can be, firm and not mushy unless it’s gone rotten. it lasts quite a few days as well unlike clearance stores.

Cavendish is a medium-sized banana loved for its creamy, smooth texture and thin peel. The sweetness and creamy texture of the banana in the after workout smoothie or on peanut butter toast is amazing. Our family always buy the cavendish bananas from the supermarket.
