Easy, convenient, versatile. Great in salads, pasta or main dish. They are small,and not great value as a result,. I use leftover for chicken stock for chicken soup.

Unsure what the weight of the chook is. Meat falls off the bone, great in sandwich or wrap. Was nice and hot on purchase.
