This roast chicken is a grocery staple in our household, makes an easy dinner or lunch when you are time poor and everybody likes it. I am able to feed my whole family (3 adults and a toddler) with just one chicken and sides- and we often have leftovers for the next day also. The flavour is tasty also.

these are so handy for everything in our household we use these for school or work lunches and also debone and use in a chicken pot pie. ideal especially in summer when we are trying to avoid heating up the kitchen
