I bought two large pieces they were very nice large fillets. They looked nice and pink in colour. the sizes were all different and some looked a little in size. It is non-native fish species that is farmed in sea cages off the coast of Tasmania. This is a very nice tasty fish to eat.

This salmon is the real deal. It tastes super fresh and is cut evenly. It cooks quickly and easily and doesn’t smell ‘fishy’ like a lot of salmon products do. It keeps nicely for a few days in the fridge and I like it as an alternative to red meat.
