These lamb pieces are affordable and versatile. You can use them for many different purposes and they are available in large packets. However, they aren’t always available in the supermarket.

The lamb was well portioned and cut into a variety of small and larger pieces. While it had a variety of pieces and wasn’t very fatty some cuts were mostly bone with a a small amount of meat and not the best ratio.
