I've been buying Coles chicken breast for a long time because it is cheaper than all the other chicken around. It's very versatile; I use it in my slow cooker, I make schnitzel out of it, and I do all sorts of things with it, really.

I usually buy the big packet as we eat lots of chicken. I sometimes use the whole lot at once or when I get home I divide it up for more than one meal.

I buy these big packs from Coles so I can store it in the freezer for later. It works well in fajitas and stir-fries and curries. The only thing I don't like is the water that is produced when you fry it, so I'll give it one star for that as I believe it is injected with saline to pump it up.
