I find coles chicken breast filles very fresh and tender. I usually marinate them in a bit of honey, garlic, soya sauce and oil. Then I grill them on a BBQ or a electric grill. They only need about 8 minutes to cook. They are still tender after I grill them. I boil rice and make a coleslaw to addition for a meal. The family favorites

Quality Australian chicken breast fillets, good for a range of dishes. The price was a bit elevated, but otherwise happy with the purchase.

Coles chicken fillets are always fresh and the breast fillets aren’t very fatty. In some other places I’ve found I have trim off a lot and end up with less meat than I paid for but I don’t find that the case at Coles. I’ve also never had an issue with it smelling off when I open it.
