I would really love it if the supermarkets would stop injecting their chicken with saline. When you cook this so much water comes out and they shrink. It's actually off-putting, plus if you're watching your sodium intake, this will not help. Sometimes this chicken can go woody in the frying pan too, and the rubberiness is pretty gross.
