Quite a lot of fatty parts on it we had to remove before cooking it. The packaging is a bit misleading, because lamb chops on the bottom (not visible on the packaging) has more fat and bone.

This lamb is really juicy and I normally cook it with my air fryer. The price is really reasonable and is very yummy and very fresh. I would highly recommend this one.

These chops from Coles are a good thickness just right to be fried or even put in a Airfryer the price could be a bit cheaper

Well trimmed for quarter chops with largish bone so they taste terrific especially when Barbequed!
