Photo Review of COLES Free Range Chicken Maryland Supreme

I like Coles' Free Range Chicken Martland Supreme for its juiciness and tenderness. I bought this chicken mayland and marinated it with garlic, pepper, and olive oil, then rubbed the roast with the mixture on all sides. I let it come to room temperature and put it in the oven while I prepared the other side dishes. When I sliced it, I was Amazed! The chicken was a beautiful shade of white all the way through, from end to end, and tasted excellent!
